Ingredients

  1. 2 large salmon filets or 4 small - skin on

  2. 1 Tbsp olive oil

  3. 1 pinch sea salt

  4. 1 pinch of black pepper

  5. 2 Tbsp freshly chopped dill (or just a sprinkle of dried)

  6. 1 small lemon sliced into skinny circles

  7. 1/4 cup yogurt

  8. 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  9. 2 Tbsp freshly chopped dill (or just a sprinkle of dried)

  10. 1 (or more) cloves garlic, minced

  11. Water (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, or 204 C. Prepare baking sheet, line with parchment paper.

  • Rinse fish.

  • Once dry, drizzle both filets with a tad of oil and sprinkle salt and pepper. Next sprinkle on dill and place lemon slices on fish.

  • Transfer seasoned salmon directly to the parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the center is cooked - and you've checked it. Set aside.

  • Drizzle sauce and serve.
