Sustainable Eating and the Week of November 28th

Hi guys!

I have launched the Bodyholic with Di Podcast and the first episode is devoted to both eating healthily AND sustainably. It's short and provides a baseline for the entire podcast. In it, I cover statistics with which, I believe, we should all become familiar. Then we discuss the science based recommendations for sustainable eating, on an individual level and then we will discuss what it means on a larger scale.

This podcast is part of my life's effort to provide science based information to increase your overall health and wellbeing. I do everything in my power to stay on top of the most cutting edge research so as to cut through the bulls#*$ that floods us on different forms of media. I believe this is my job as a public health promoter.
