Salad

Serves 1

Ingredients

  1. 2 tomatoes

  2. 1/2 cup celery

  3. 1 cup yellow bell pepper

  4. 1 lime

  5. 1 Tbsp of hummus

  6. 1 handful of almonds

  7. 2 Tbsp of raw sprouted tahini

Instructions

  • Chop veggies.

  • Toss them together and add a tad of salt.

  • Squeeze the lime.

  • Scoop the hummus on to the the salad.

  • Add the almonds.

  • Sprinkle the tahini on.
