Next...

I just want to remind you all there there is NO secret to getting lean! I cannot stand it when I see all the weight-loss companies and professionals talking about a secret - you know exactly what the secret is - FOOD. The thing is though, that a lot of people are missing is the support through the habit-changing process... That is where the Fit Kitchen program comes in. Feel free to reach our for more info. If you are already a Fit Kitchen Member then, please go right ahead and register for this month's calls.

I would like to add in 2 Fit Kitchen recipes that, believe it or not, they are a SINGLE serving!

Vegan Beanetti Bolognese

Ingredients for 1 serving:

14 oz green beans and artichoke hearts

4-6 oz of vegan meat (I use "Beyond" and you can just go ahead and use your favorite beef)

0.5 oz coconut oil

2 oz of tomato sauce (I make my own but you can choose one that is no sugar and pre-made)

dash black pepper

dash of salt

1 tsp paprika

0.5 oz of cream (vegan, or not)

Instructions:

medium heat for coconut oil in large skillet

mix "meat" with paprika, salt and pepper

add the mixture into the skillet and stir until browned

boil beans and artichoke hearts until very soft

add the cream to the sauce layer the beans with sauce and then "meat"

garnish with basil.
