The short of it is: no. It is not a life sentence because my goal in life is to have you enjoy and be in the best shape of your life! The long of it is: yes. That's because the key is to get through the difficulty of changing habits and then getting on cruise control and staying lean and fit and NOT hungry - at all - while adjusting it to YOU and YOUR life.
