We are ready for DAY 1 of a carefully designed (and soon to be packaged) month that is entirely devoted to your 6-PACK ABS. Part of the workouts will be available on YouTube, however, the program in it's entirety will be available to all Bodyholic members until April 1st and then it can be purchased as a package.
Each week you will get the breakdown of the week (as usual), a nutrition video and pdf. The idea is to focus on one nutrition-related task, like - really - really focus, for the week and master it. I am super excited and I hope you are as well! Make sure to be on the look out for it all.
