Green Shake

Hi guys! So, I have a million versions of green smoothies but this one hit home with baby girl.


2 servings or 1 huge serving:

1. Parsley and spinach - a lot

2. Goat yogurt - 1/2 cup

3. Flaxseed- 1 T

4. Peanut butter - 1 t

5. Banana - 1

6. Cinnamon - 1 t

7. Water - 1 cup

Blend it up and drink up 😊
