Week of June 6th Breakdown

Hi hi everyone!

We are going to cut right to the chase... I am feeling a bit off as I write this - I am thinking small stomach bug... so, I am praying that I get through this week's schedule... here it is:

10 Daily #300 - Lower Body HIIT

11 Pilates #137 - Priendly

12 Pilates #138 - Ab SHRED
