I have seen dozens and dozens of people transform their bodies - really change their body composition - lower fat mass and increase lean mass.
The things is - it can NEVER be done in a single spot and it HAS to be an overall change in your day to day lifestyle choices. You have got to change the way you EAT and you have to TRAIN HARD and not just go through the motions.
