Things feel a bit hectic these days, I am trying to pinpoint exactly why it feels more hectic than usual... or! is everyone feeling it? Is it just the energy going around right now?
I am starting to think about doing some unplugging time... maybe that will slow things down. Like a digital detox! No Insta or FB for a few days! Thoughts???
