Hi guys! This week, we carry on with The-15's sprinkled with MSF and Pilates. Remember: I want you to push hard because they are only 15 minutes and if you want to build a strong body but have limited time - this is for you... but commit to pushing!

  3. supported headstand

  4. table top situps m sumo pulse

  5. vertical leap

  1. run in place

  2. sl burpee alt

  3. side bounds

  4. pushup shoulder tap

  5. deep prisoner slow on the down jump squats
