Here is what has been going on with me - and then we will talk about how it effects you!
First off - Please note that the Mindfulness Strength Flow Workshop #160 is up on the site.. it is my October 3rd workout.
Now, I had a check up with my doctor yesterday, for a follow up of a medical condition. He did a small procedure to make sure everything is ok and then he dropped THE BOMB. No joke... I had to pick my jaw up off the floor and then I needed him to repeat what he was saying another 3 times!
He said, "Di, I need you to rest and not workout until Monday".
I said, "Say what now????"
Now, you know me, more than 2 days off for me is unheard of. I was forced to take 3-4 days off a year ago and it's strange and weird... my brain cannot calculate it. So... I took a moment and made a decision.
You know, there is no way in hell that I will let you take this time off - right???
That is why we are going to use 6 of the over 600 workouts that we have online and I will assign each one to a day... and then... because I cannot fathom the idea of us not working out together - I will catch up with you next week - when you just might beat my scores as you have been training with the specified workouts - as opposed to me - I get do nothing and be very jealous of you. Ok? How does that sound??
