We are finally getting into the Pistol Squat Workshop week that I promised! Yay!
You can just go through this week as a "regular schedule" kind of week... OR... you can use it as your personal project to better your pistol squat technique, better yet - to achieve even a single pistol squat!
So let's roll up our sleeves and get to work, baby!
