If you are not into the challenges but you are totally keeping up with your training program - YASSS!
Now, I want to break down the next 2 weeks for you, if you stick to my schedule. However, whether you stick to my schedule, or not, I think you might want a piece of this because there is going to be a very heavy emphasis on core and defining our abs and booty!
I will be taking every other day off over the next two weeks because I want to recover from training hard for 28 days straight but also keep up a pretty high level of intensity.
