Spring and the Breakdown for Week of March 7th

I am assuming that several of you are carried away by the current global disarray because I am. I am constantly feeling like "can we just get a moment, please? where we are kind to one another? a moment of compassion???" As you know, working out is my safe haven and I am hoping you are keeping to it during these times.
