Monday we dive into the classical Pilates Mat sequences - I am so excited about it... to say the least. Wednesday, we have a Mindfulness Strength Flow that I think you will love. We also have pregnant friendly Pilates throughout the week that will get your core working beautifully, even if you are a 6-pack kinda guy!

Tuesday: Daily #49 - Booty and Cardio
