Hi!! So, I heard you asking why this week was going to be intense! I will tell you, worry not.
I am in the midst of a very intense exam period and I need to workout to focus and let off steam... so - you get to benefit from it ;)
BEFORE the breakdown! We have been working very hard on the clothing line to make women and men feel GREAT and look AMAZING no matter shape or size - while working out. I can honestly tell you that the Flexi leggings (there are some for men and some for women!) are incredibly comfortable... I don't know how I got so lucky to work with the people I work with... but they get me and what makes me feel comfy and good - and you know I spend a lot of time in my workout gear so I NEED comfy. I also WANT to look good.
Until August 20th - if you video yourself doing a burpee of ANY variation while wearing Bodyholic apparel and then tag me, you might be one of 3 people who will then get a majorly dope item - ON ME - shipped right over - I will also pay the shipping fee.
Why am I doing this?
I want to promote Bodyholic - obviously - so that we can grow and continue to do what we do.
I want everyone to see that the burpees can be done in any variation!!
I chose burpees because they are the infamously difficult total body strength, cardio and core exercise - and even that can be done on variations! And I want to spread the word!
So please join the challenge while enjoying the boutique that I have worked so hard for - to get it right for people like me (train hard while wanting to be comfy). We are getting there and it is work and more work - but I am in love with what we have right now! And - show me your burpee variation!
