OK!! let’s get to our countdown to the Bodyholic Transformation and Challenge version 4.0!


December 15th, 16th, 17th will be all devoted to low intensity workouts. December 18th, 19th and 20th will be devoted to moderate intensity workout. December 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th we will dive right into a very high intensity training. I’m gonna let you take a day off for Christmas because I’m so nice :-) And then we’re gonna going to taper down for December 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th.

15th - light cardio 30 minute walk or jog

16th - walk-run intervals of 30 seconds high and 90 seconds low for 40 minutes

17th - Mindfulness Strength Flow #37

18th - Daily #101 - 100+1 Celebrations

19th - Mindfulness Strength Flow #38

20th - Daily #102 - total body HIIT

21st - Daily #103 - cardio and core HIIT

22nd - Daily #104 - chest and back AMRAP

23rd - Daily #105 - legs and abs AMRAP

24th - Daily #106 - Tabata + Pilates

26th - Pilates #34 - PIIT

27th - Mindfulness Strength Flow #39

28th - Daily #107 - cardio and core HIIT

29th - Pilates #35 - Priendly

30th - Pilates #36

31st - active rest
