DAILY WORKOUTS

The Dailies are the Bodyholic home-base, if you will. These are the routine workouts when we are not in the midst of a challenge. They cover all trritories: building strength, enhancing cardiovascular health, core work and flexibility. The regular routine is panctuated by mindfulness strength flows which are an integral part of Di's personal routine. 

Equipment: a mat and a chair. optional - jump rope and push-up handles.

My name is Di. My Goal Is to build up your strength, support you through the process and let nothing stop you. Serving in the Israeli military resulted in fitness becoming a part of my identity. After 15 years of training in studios and homes, I have kicked open the doors. I now train with this amazing community. every. single. day.
