We are landing into our regular, downtime, schedule.

Here is the breakdown for this week:

7 REST

8 Mindfulness Strength Flow #105 - Stretch and Recover

9 Daily #248 - Cardio and Core HIIT

10 Pilates #115

11 Daily #249 - Total Body HIIT

12 Daily #250 - Cardio and Core HIIT

13 REST

Yes. That's not a mistake - you get a rest day on Monday and on Sunday. Why? Because we just pounded our bodies for 28 days, almost, straight. Ok? Just stay with me on this... I know some of you are worried about rest days. So, please take it from me, you need them right now as we ease our way out of the Build and Strip.
