Breakdown for Week of July 5th

Why am I doing this?


  1. I want to promote Bodyholic - obviously - so that we can grow and continue to do what we do.

  2. I want everyone to see that the burpees can be done in any variation!!

  3. I chose burpees because they are the infamously difficult total body strength, cardio and core exercise - and even that can be done on variations! And I want to spread the word!


So please join the challenge while enjoying the boutique that I have worked so hard for - to get it right for people like me (train hard while wanting to be comfy). We are getting there and it is work and more work - but I am in love with what we have right now! And - show me your burpee variation!
