Who am I?

My name is Di, and I am so happy you stopped by!

I started my kinetic way with ballet and tennis when I was 4 years old, by the time I was 16, I was lifting weights in the gym, with my grandfather. At 17, I began seriously training towards my military service. It became a part of my identity by the time I finished the military service. So, I began my sports education at Wingate for training and instructing aerobics.

Shortly after my studies at Wingate, I felt that Pilates is the core foundation (no pun intended) of all the training that I do. Once Pilates became part of my training life, I ran faster, lifted more and felt amazing. I became Pilates certified by Ms. Angela Sundberg, of Bodyscapes.

I trained personal clients and groups throughout my BA at the Hebrew University. When I lived in the States for a few years, I continued my education and specialized in women's fitness as well as corrective exercise by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

In 2015, I returned to Israel, and to Wingate, I furthered my education so that I could train children and deepen my knowledge of sports nutrition. I’m currently working on my thesis in Tel Aviv University in Public Health and my main interest is Mindfulness and Well-Being.

I love the evolution my clients and I go through together. You are what keeps me fresh and energized every single day.

Gratefully yours. xoxo, Di
